Restoration Word Ministry was birthed out of the compassion to be restored. On September 13, 2015, Pastor Kimberly and Elder Corey started with just 5 members that included them. As she continued to obey God the numbers began to grow. They started with Sunday morning services and bible studies.
The foundation of the ministry is always to Restore, Rebuild, and Revive. The mission and vision are always to see beyond the current state and for everyone to be restored to the place that God had from the foundation of time.

In September 2021, the name of the ministry was changed to Divine Restoration Word Global Ministries by the leading of the Holy Ghost. From the beginning to the present various ministries have been birthed. Many have been baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, and many have accepted the call on their lives. DR, as we like to be called, is also the offspring of Restoration House where the community is served with non-perishable food items as well as Road to Restoration where tutoring is offered to youth 6-17, and other available resources are offered to cater to the restoration of the whole man.
DR is compassionate about the restoration of the whole man thus training and community events are always a part of our DNA.

 

Beauty Veney is the Campus Pastor of DR. A native of Lee County. She is a Reading Coach within the Lee County School District as well as a firefighter with the Lee County Fire Dept. She is the wife of Captain James Veney and the mother of 3 children.  Pastor Beauty's heart, is postured to God and willing to complete every assignment that HE has concerning her life. Her heartfelt position is serving.
